Configure Store WhatsApp Number
Verify that store owners can configure their WhatsApp business number for customer orders.
Preconditions
- You are logged in as store owner or admin
- You have a WhatsApp-enabled phone number

Follow each step carefully
Navigate to Store Settings in admin panel
Admin sidebar > Settings or Store Settings
Store settings page loads
Find the WhatsApp or Messaging settings section
"WhatsApp", "Messaging", or "Order Channels" section
WhatsApp configuration options are visible
Enable WhatsApp ordering if not already enabled
Toggle or checkbox to enable WhatsApp
WhatsApp ordering is enabled
Enter your WhatsApp business number with country code
Phone number input field
Number is entered in correct format
Save the settings
Save or Update button
Settings are saved; success message appears
Verify on storefront that WhatsApp button appears
Visit your storefront and check cart page
WhatsApp checkout option is now visible to customers
Expected Result
WhatsApp configuration works: (1) WhatsApp settings are accessible, (2) Can enable/disable WhatsApp ordering, (3) Phone number with country code is accepted, (4) Settings save successfully, (5) WhatsApp button appears on storefront after enabling.
