Check store WhatsApp for incoming message
Order message is received with all details
As store: Confirm product availability and respond
Reply to customer confirming the order
Confirmation message sent to customer
As store: Provide payment details or payment link
Share bank details, payment link, or other payment method
Payment information shared with customer
As customer: Receive confirmation and payment details
Check WhatsApp for store response
Customer receives order confirmation and payment info
As store: Create order in admin panel (if not auto-created)
Navigate to Orders > Create Order in admin
Order is recorded in the system
Some integrations may auto-create orders from WhatsApp
