Verify that customers can view complete details of an individual order including items, shipping, and status.
Preconditions
- You are logged in to your customer account
- You have at least one order in your history
Test Steps
Follow each step carefully
Navigate to your order history
Account menu > Orders
Order history page loads
Click on an order to view its details
Click order number, "View" button, or order row
Order details page loads
Verify order items are displayed
Items section showing products ordered
All ordered items shown with names, quantities, and prices
Check shipping information
Shipping address and method sections
Shipping address and selected shipping method are displayed
Verify order status and timeline
Status indicator or timeline section
Current order status is clearly shown with any status history
Check order totals (subtotal, shipping, discount, total)
Order summary or totals section
All amounts are displayed and add up correctly
