View Order History
Verify that customers can view a list of all their past orders with key information.
Preconditions
- You are logged in to your customer account
- You have at least one completed order
Test Steps
Follow each step carefully
Navigate to "My Orders" or "Order History"
Account menu > Orders or "My Orders"
Order history page loads
Observe the list of orders
Orders displayed in list or table format
Orders are listed with key details visible
Verify order information displayed for each order
Check for order number, date, status, total
Each order shows: order number, date placed, status, and total amount
Check that orders are sorted by date (newest first)
Compare dates of listed orders
Most recent orders appear at the top
Expected Result
