Subscription Plan - AI Features Configuration
Verify that subscription plans correctly include/exclude AI features and stores inherit these settings.
Preconditions
- Platform admin access
- Subscription plans with different AI feature settings
Test Steps
Follow each step carefully
In Platform Admin, go to Subscription Plans
Plans list displayed
Edit a plan and check AI features section
AI Features section with toggles
Sales Agent and Visual Search toggles visible
Enable Sales Agent for this plan
Feature is enabled and saved
Create or find a store on this plan
Store has AI features based on plan
Verify the store can use Sales Agent
Chat widget appears on storefront
Change store to a plan WITHOUT AI features
AI features become unavailable
Expected Result
Plan features: (1) AI features configurable per plan, (2) Stores inherit plan features, (3) Changing plans updates feature access, (4) Override can still be applied per-store.
