Platform Admin - Enable/Disable AI for Store
Verify that platform admins can enable or disable AI features for individual stores.
Preconditions
- Logged in as platform admin
- Test store exists with/without AI features
Test Steps
Follow each step carefully
Log in to Platform Admin dashboard
Platform admin dashboard loads
Navigate to Stores and select a test store
Stores list > Click store name
Store detail page loads
Find the AI features toggle (Admin Controls section)
Look for "Sales Agent" or "Custom Domain" toggles
Toggle for Sales Agent is visible
Toggle Sales Agent ON for the store
Toggle saves and shows enabled state
Visit the store's storefront and verify chat appears
AI chat widget is now visible
Toggle Sales Agent OFF for the store
Toggle saves and shows disabled state
Refresh storefront and verify chat is gone
AI chat widget no longer appears
Expected Result
Admin control: (1) Toggle saves correctly, (2) Change reflects immediately on storefront, (3) Per-store override works independent of subscription.
