Browse products and add to cart
Cart has at least one item
Navigate to the cart or checkout page
Click cart icon and view cart
Cart page loads with items visible
Locate the "Order via WhatsApp" button
Green WhatsApp button near checkout options, may say "WhatsApp Checkout" or have WhatsApp icon
WhatsApp checkout button is visible
Click the WhatsApp checkout button
Click the green WhatsApp button
WhatsApp opens (app or web) with pre-filled message
Review the pre-filled order message
Check the message in WhatsApp chat input
Message contains order details: items, quantities, and totals
Send the message to initiate the order
Click send in WhatsApp
Message is sent to store WhatsApp number
Expected Result
WhatsApp checkout works: (1) WhatsApp button is visible on cart/checkout, (2) Clicking opens WhatsApp with store number, (3) Order message is pre-filled with cart items, (4) Message includes item names, quantities, and totals, (5) Customer can send to initiate order conversation.
