Add Shipping Address
Verify that customers can add new shipping addresses to their account for faster checkout.
Preconditions
- You are logged in to your customer account
Test Data
Address: John Doe, 15 Test Street, Victoria Island, Lagos, Nigeria, 101001Test Steps
Follow each step carefully
Navigate to "Addresses" in your account
Account menu > Addresses or "Saved Addresses"
Addresses page loads showing existing addresses (if any)
Click "Add New Address" or "+" button
Add address button
Address form opens
Fill in recipient name
Full name input field
Name is entered
Enter street address
Street/Address line 1 field
Street address is entered
Enter city and state/region
City and State fields or dropdowns
City and state are filled
Select country
Country dropdown
Country is selected
Enter postal/ZIP code if required
Postal code field
Postal code is entered
Save the address
Save or Add button
Address is saved and appears in addresses list
Expected Result
Address adding works: (1) Add address form is accessible, (2) All required fields can be filled, (3) Address is saved successfully, (4) New address appears in saved addresses, (5) Address is available at checkout.
