Vendor Creates Product
Verify that approved vendors can create and list products in their vendor shop. Products may require store admin approval depending on settings.

- You are logged in as an approved vendor
- Vendor dashboard is accessible

Follow each step carefully
Log in to your vendor account
Use vendor login or regular login if same
Vendor dashboard is accessible
Navigate to Products section
"Products" or "My Products" in vendor dashboard sidebar
Product management page loads
Click "Add Product" or "New Product"
Button at top of products list
Product creation form appears
Fill in product details (name, description, price)
Standard product form fields
Basic product information is entered
Upload product images
Image upload area
Images are uploaded and previewed
Select category and add inventory info
Category dropdown and stock fields
Category and inventory are set
Save/submit the product
"Save" or "Submit for Approval" button
Product is saved
Depending on store settings, product may be published immediately or await admin approval
Expected Result
After creation: (1) Product appears in vendor's product list, (2) If auto-publish enabled, product is live on storefront, (3) If approval required, product shows as "Pending Approval", (4) Product is associated with vendor's shop, (5) Vendor earns commission when product sells.
