Onboarding Step 4: Payment
Configure payment settings by adding bank account details for receiving payments. This step is optional and can be skipped - the step is always marked as complete regardless of whether bank details are added.

- You are on Step 4 of the onboarding wizard

Expected Result
After completion: (1) Bank details are saved if provided, (2) Step 4 is always marked as complete (even if skipped), (3) User advances to Step 5 (Shipping), (4) Payment settings can be updated later from store settings.
