Access POS
Verify that users with the POS subscription feature can access the Point of Sale interface and that it loads with all essential components.
Preconditions
- You are logged in as store admin/owner
- Store subscription includes the "pos" feature
- Store has at least one published product
Test Steps
Follow each step carefully
Navigate to the POS page in the admin dashboard
Dashboard sidebar > POS or /dashboard/pos
POS page loads without errors
Verify the product grid is displayed
Left side of the screen showing product cards
Product cards are visible with images, names, and prices
Verify the cart panel is displayed
Right side of the screen or collapsible sidebar
Cart section shows empty state or "No items in cart"
Verify the search bar is visible
Top of the product grid area
Search input field is present and focusable
Verify category filters are available
Above or beside the product grid
Category tabs or filter buttons are displayed
Expected Result
POS interface loads successfully with: (1) Product grid showing available products, (2) Empty cart panel ready for items, (3) Search functionality accessible, (4) Category filters visible, (5) All UI elements responsive and interactive.
