Download Digital Product
Verify that customers can access and download their purchased digital products from their account.
Preconditions
- You are logged in to your customer account
- You have previously purchased a digital product
Test Steps
Follow each step carefully
Navigate to "Downloads" or "Digital Library" in your account
Account menu > Downloads, Digital Library, or similar
Downloads page loads showing purchased digital products
Locate your purchased digital product
Look for product name, thumbnail, and download button
Digital product is listed with download option
Check download information
Look for download count, expiry, or file size
Download details shown (e.g., "3 of 5 downloads used" or "No expiry")
Click the "Download" button
Download button or icon
File download starts
Verify the downloaded file
Check your downloads folder
File is downloaded correctly and can be opened
Refresh page and verify download count updated
Refresh page, check download count
Download count has incremented

Digital downloads work: (1) Digital library is accessible from account, (2) All purchased digital products are listed, (3) Download button is available for valid purchases, (4) File downloads correctly, (5) Download count/limit is tracked and enforced.
