Vendor Application
Verify that users can apply to become vendors on a marketplace store. This is the entry point for sellers to join the platform and start listing products.
Preconditions
- Store has marketplace/multi-vendor mode enabled
- Vendor program is accepting applications
- You have a user account (or will create one)

Follow each step carefully
Navigate to the store's marketplace/vendor page
Look for "Sell on [Store]", "Become a Vendor", or "Seller" links
Vendor program landing page loads
Click "Apply to Sell" or "Become a Vendor"
Call-to-action button on the vendor program page
Application form or registration flow starts
Create an account or log in if prompted
Registration/login form
Account is created or you are logged in
Fill out business information
Business name, type, description fields
Business details are entered
Provide accurate business information - it will be reviewed
Provide contact and address information
Email, phone, business address fields
Contact information is complete
Upload required documents (if any)
Document upload area - may include ID, business registration
Documents are uploaded successfully
Common requirements: government ID, business registration, bank details
Review terms and conditions
Vendor agreement/terms checkbox
Terms are reviewed and accepted
Submit the application
"Submit Application" button
Confirmation message appears
Expected Result
After submission: (1) Confirmation page/message shows application received, (2) Confirmation email sent to applicant, (3) Application appears in store admin for review, (4) Status shows as "Pending Review", (5) Applicant can track application status.
