Remove Team Member
Verify that store owners can remove team members from the store, revoking their access.
Preconditions
- You are logged in as store owner
- Store has at least one team member that can be removed
Test Steps
Follow each step carefully
Navigate to Team settings
Admin > Settings > Team
Team members list is displayed
Find the team member to remove
Look through the team list
Team member is identified
Click "Remove" or delete icon for that member
Remove button, trash icon, or "X"
Confirmation dialog appears
Confirm the removal
Confirm or "Yes, Remove" button
Success message; member is removed from list
Verify the member no longer appears in the team list
Check team members list
Removed member is not in the list
Verify the removed member can no longer access the store
If possible, have them try to access the admin
Removed member sees error or no store access when trying to log in
May require the removed user to test this step
Expected Result
Team member removal works: (1) Remove option is available, (2) Confirmation is required, (3) Member is removed from list, (4) Access is revoked immediately, (5) Removed member cannot access store admin.
