Onboarding - Incomplete Required Steps
Verify that the onboarding completion is properly blocked when required steps (Business Details, Categories, First Product) are not completed.
Preconditions
- Store has been created
- At least one required step is not completed
Test Steps
Follow each step carefully
Navigate to the onboarding wizard
/onboarding page
Onboarding wizard is displayed
Skip one or more required steps (Business Details, Categories, or First Product)
Navigate directly to later steps without completing earlier required ones
Some required steps remain incomplete
Navigate to the completion step
Final step or "Complete Setup" section
Completion summary is displayed
Attempt to complete the onboarding
Click "Complete Setup" or "Finish" button
Completion is blocked or error is shown
Expected Result
Validation behavior: (1) Progress indicator shows incomplete required steps, (2) Complete button is disabled OR shows error when clicked, (3) Clear message indicates which required steps are missing, (4) User is guided to complete missing steps, (5) Onboarding cannot complete until all required steps are done.
