Preconditions

You are on the POS page
Cart has at least one item
Order total is known (e.g., N5,000)

Test Data

If order total is N5,000, enter N10,000 received to test change calculation

Click the "Checkout" or "Pay" button

Location

Primary button in the cart area

Verify

Payment method selection appears

Select "Cash" as the payment method

Cash payment form appears

Enter the amount received from customer

Amount input field or keypad

Verify

Amount is entered

Verify change is calculated automatically

Change amount displayed near the total

Verify

Change = Amount Received - Order Total

Note

System should prevent completing if amount is less than total

Try using quick amount buttons if available

Verify

Clicking quick amount fills in the amount field

Click "Complete Payment" to finalize

"Complete", "Finish", or "Confirm" button

Payment is processed, success confirmation appears

Expected Result

Cash payment completes successfully: (1) Change is calculated correctly, (2) Quick amount buttons speed up entry, (3) Order is created with payment_method = "POS_CASH", (4) Receipt is generated, (5) Inventory is decremented, (6) Order appears in admin orders list.
