Duplicate Email Registration
Verify that the system prevents creating multiple accounts with the same email address.
Preconditions
- An account already exists with the email you will try to register
- You are not logged in
Test Steps
Follow each step carefully
Navigate to the registration page
Click "Sign Up" in navigation
Registration form is displayed
Enter an email address that is ALREADY registered
Email field
Use an email you know already has an account
Fill in all other required fields (password, name, etc.)
Complete the form with valid data
All fields pass individual validation
Click "Create Account" button

Error handling: (1) Error message indicates email is already registered OR (2) For security, some systems show success but send "You already have an account" email instead of revealing account existence, (3) User is not created with duplicate email, (4) Original account remains unaffected.
